(Purpose of the Position): Assist the management team by promoting and engaging in social media

Duties and Responsibilities:
- [Develop and implement or Implement] account social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and adheres to brand and business standards

• Generate account specific content for social media channels about upcoming events and activations, menu specials, meet the team highlights, and more, at the discretion of [manager]
• Share readymade content to social media channels about Bon Apptit sustainability and wellness commitments
• Review regular data reports for trends and adjust social media strategy as needed
• Monitor social media channels and respond to guest comments in a timely manner, alerting [manager] to critical comments or messages that require input
• Collaborate with Bon Apptit team on event planning and execution
• Meet every two weeks with [manager] and update them on initiatives and activities OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working knowledge of Bon Apptit policies and procedures regarding food safety
• Working knowledge of Bon Apptit as a company in order to answer basic customer questions about unit operations
• Working knowledge of Bon Apptit brand, image, and writing style standards
