We are seeking an
Operational Excellence Specialist, Europe (f/m/d) to join our Regional Europe Dmarts Team at our impressive Hero Hub located in the heart of Berlin.

As a member of the Regional Operations Dmart team, you will play a crucial role in elevating the operational performance of our stores in Europe and driving process improvements.

What you'll be responsible for:

Supporting product improvements and developments to meet the needs of our Store Operations.
Acting as the main point of contact for product initiatives, driving feature development requests and updates, and ensuring strong collaboration and communication between local and regional teams.
Analyzing data and internal feedback to create solid business cases for feature developments.
Monitoring and facilitating implementation and integration projects across all local markets.
Developing and improving processes (such as bug reporting) to accelerate product development and enhance operational efficiencies.
Providing product insights to stakeholders to ensure optimal usage of our products across all markets.
Optimizing project rollouts for impactful improvements in our Store Operations.
