HCS Registered Nurse - Flexible/Hybrid


Description:

Theia Health Group is hiring Full-Time RN to provide HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) nursing support to agencies who care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in group home and natural home settings.

Theia Health Group is NOT a staffing agency, but rather a nursing support agency. This position offers
significant schedule flexibility, work 2-3 days/week remotely (from home or with your toes in the sand). Must be willing to travel to different agencies in Houston and the surrounding area.


Duties Include:

• Comprehensive Nursing Assessments
• Quarterly Nursing Assessments
• Remote (videoconferencing) staff training and delegations
• Monthly telephonic contact with Host Home providers
• Monthly medication reconciliation
• Clinical chart audits
• Oncall via telephone only a few days per month
• Training for unlicensed personnel

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent time management skills
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Must be comfortable with computers including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Videoconferencing technology i.e. WebEx, Zoom, etc.
• HCS (Home Community Services) knowledge preferred, but not required
• Current and valid Texas driver's license required
• Two years' experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities preferred, but not required

Salary:
$ $32.00 per hour plus performance bonus
