- Manages the exceptions associated with the schedule that Click generates.
- Works with supervisors to resolve schedule issues and ensure priority work is scheduled.
- Monitors radio, phone, and system messages to communicate schedule adjustments to field personnel.
- Dispatches work after the start of the day using Click software.
- Contacts customers as needed to resolve access issues and customer complaints.
- Identifies schedule deficiencies, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions.
- Interfaces with internal groups for planned outages and resource coordination.
- Adjusts schedules based on feedback.
- Serves as a member of the Incident Response Team.
- 0-4 years of experience.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience/training in scheduling resources or maintenance and construction practices.
