- Oversee resident care from admission assessmentthrough discharge, consistent with regulations and established best practicesfor the Memory Care units
- Responsible for the initial and ongoing stafftraining - especially with medication management
- This position partner with the unit's ProgramCoordinator, for service deliver
- The Nursing Manager will be supervising a teamof nurses, including disciplinary actions when necessary
- Current license to practice in the State ofWisconsin as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years' experience in a leadership role and/orsupervisor capacity in a healthcare or related field preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontologicalnursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices
- Experience in acute care or long-term care isbeneficial
- Valid driver's license and safe driving recordrequired
