- Full-Time: 64+ hours per 2 week pay period
- Part-Time: 24 hours per 2 week pay period
- AM: 5:00am-1:30am or 6:00am-2:30pm
- PM: 2:00pm-10:30pm
- Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere
- Perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks
- Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being
- Certified Nursing Assistant, active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, required.
- Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team

- Plus on-call pay, and pick up incentives available.
- Regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance
- Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire

- Full Time Position
