Manganaro Building Group, LLC is looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Specialist.

This role will work directly with our internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and customer service as our company grows.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team

Primary Responsibilities:_

  • Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and receiving tickets (threeway match)
  • Obtain appropriate approvals for payment of invoices received that do not have a purchase order.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is attached to the workflow entry
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the invoice files
  • Investigate and resolve all discrepancies associated with the processing of invoices
  • Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Assist in monthend accrual procedures
  • Maintain compliance with construction accounting
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:_

3+ years experience in Accounts Payable(preferred):


  • Construction industry and/or viewpoint experience greatly valued
