Description
Duties include:
Data Entry, A/R, A/P, Account Analysis and Reconciliation, Cash Flows, Cost Analysis, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Applications, Truck and Mileage Reports, and Answering Phones.
Must be willing to train for back up of other accounting department functions.Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting functions. Experience with data entry, use of a calculator, records keeping, and computer operation is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks.
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
