Responsibilities

The learning locations are the customer centers in the AOK district office and the AOK education center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach. In just four years, you will obtain the professional qualification of a social insurance specialist and complete the combined study program for AOK business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Health Care Management at FOM University.

•You will learn how to expertly support and advise our customers,

•Ensure the high quality of our extensive range of services through close cooperation with our health partners (e.g. doctors and sports clubs),

•Apply legal principles and learn how to use leeway for action,

•Be able to apply your knowledge directly in practice,

•Gain a comprehensive and in-depth overview of the healthcare system,

•Get insights into strategic processes and be involved in them,

•Learn to think and act in a business-oriented manner,

•Take on initial tasks in managing employees.

Qualifications

You have a general or technical university entrance qualification,

•Are open-minded and communicative,

•Enjoy working in a team and with
