Look no further At ASB Lehrerkooperative, a non-profit organization offering educational, developmental, and counseling services, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANTS / STUDENT WORKERS (M/F/D) IN YOUTH SOCIAL WORK on a part-time basis (10 hours per week).


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, including those with refugee and migration experiences, who may face educational challenges.

You will support them in their academic, social, and personal development, as well as help them explore potential educational and career paths.

Your responsibilities will include working with a team to guide a group of 8-12 students, promoting independent learning, and organizing social and recreational activities.

You will also maintain communication with parents, schools, and other community organizations, and keep accurate records of your work.


To be successful in this role, you should be a student in the fields of Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Education, have availability for 2-4 afternoons per week, and possess a passion for working with children and youth.

You should also have strong communication and teamwork skills, be open to new ideas, and have proficiency in common office software.

Please note that according to the Infection Protection Act, a vaccination or immunity against measles is required for employment.
