    JOB SUMMARY

    The selected candidate will oversee the efficient operations of the plant's boiler room and still yard responsible for asphalt operations. This position will directly report to the plant's Still yard Process Engineer.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Unload trucks of raw materials to stills and production tanks T7 & T8.
    • Perform tasks adhering to safety standards and regulations.
    • Maintain housekeeping in the Stillyard Area and Boiler Room ensuring cleanliness and waste disposal.
    • Complete equipment PM's and minor repairs to systems.
    • Be proactive in identifying and reporting key issues promptly.
    • Conduct quality testing and adjust process settings accordingly.
    • Demonstrate expertise in training personnel and operating plant equipment.
    • Monitor plant systems and equipment for proper operation.
    • Utilize electronic resources for communication and process control.
    • Attend Safety/Operations meetings regularly.
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    •Previous experience in operating and repairing Hi-lo equipment preferred.
    •Knowledge of industrial equipment and brake repairs.
    •Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, and OEM assembly procedures.
    •Capability to handle heavy objects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    •Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Class B License.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Boiler Operator.
