Your tasks:


We are looking to expand and strengthen our team, therefore we are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Project Manager / Consultant Aftersales Akte & Rollout (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing requirements and identifying the need for adaptation of various processes for the use of digital service files with our car dealership clients
  • Communicating with project stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Preparing and conducting customer meetings, trainings, and workshops
  • Ensuring quality and testing of implemented solutions
  • Supporting national, strategic, and operational consulting projects for the development of the service and parts areas with a focus on the automotive trade and manufacturer side
  • Developing, planning, and implementing new service strategies, business and operating models
  • Analyzing, modeling, and implementing target processes, including identifying weaknesses
  • Developing innovative concepts, business models, and recommendations for action in the aftersales sector
  • Designing, moderating, and accompanying workshops
  • Supporting the design and implementation of new dealer management systems

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or have a completed vocational training with additional qualifications
  • Practical experience in the aftersales sector in a car dealership
  • Experience in leading and implementing projects for the introduction of software solutions is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Good problemsolving skills, selforganization, and structured way of working
