For our newly renovated and new E-Center in Sankt Augustin, we are looking for you as a market leader/branch manager (m/f/d) starting in June 2023.

Your responsibilities:

Accountability: You are responsible for organizing and managing the entire daily operations

Point of contact: You are in charge of our employees and take care of personnel planning

Customer consultation: You are the driving force for our customers in terms of market appearance, market processes, and customer loyalty

Creativity and knowledge: Taking into account our sales, you develop our current assortment and have an eye for the optimal design of our sales area

Management: You ensure that everything runs smoothly in our market by ensuring operational processes


Your profile:

Education: You have completed training as a retail merchant/trade specialist (m/f/d) or have completed further training as a manager in the retail industry

Professional experience: We expect solid professional experience in the food retail industry as well as knowledge of the full range of products

Communicative: In dealing with your employees, you stand out for your high social competence and communication skills

Engaged: You are motivated and bring an open and friendly personality as well as a passion for working with food

Organized: Flexibility, motivation, and organizational skills are your strengths
