YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Take on first leadership tasks in the store team
Analysis of store key figures
Creation of personnel deployment planning and coordination of inventory measures
Implementation of product presentation and restocking

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed training, e.g. as a salesperson or retail merchant (m/f/d)
First professional experience in retail ideally in a leadership position career changers from the gastronomy or hotel industry are also welcome
High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
Commitment, flexibility and organizational skills
Enthusiasm for leadership tasks
