Who we are:

We are a growing family of early learning centers located in Chicago and suburbs. Our awesome team is filled with creative, playful, and nurturing teachers that help bring our Kiddie Academy Life Essentials Curriculum to life in a fun and imaginative way

We're looking for:

An enthusiastic leader with exceptional communication skills.
Experience managing, growing enrollment and maintaining retention at a large preschool.
Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
An individual to promote the positive image of the company, playing a major role in making the company a provider of choice.
Current DCFS Director qualified with experience in a larger school environment.
At least 2 years of early childhood education experience required as a school director.
Looking to grow with Kiddie Academy's largest franchise group.

Your role:

Effectively operate and manage all aspects of the school, including human resources, customer and community relations, quality control and overall facility management.
Maintain consistent enrollment growth.
Ensure retention of current students
Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring, and safe environment for the children and faculty.
Oversee management and staff development and training.
Maintains high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget.
