    Description

    Hirata Head Sub-Assembly Technician 1st Shift

    Looking for a skilled Hirata Head Sub-Assembly Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing sector focused on Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Operates machines and production equipment according to quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment.
    • Follows all relevant standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
    • Performs quality inspections to minimize cost and quality exposures.
    • Operates equipment to manufacture and assemble products meeting customer expectations.
    • Achieves production goals and works at defined engineering standard.
    • Maintains clean work area and performs routine housekeeping tasks.
    • Works with peers and support staff to maintain equipment.
    • Completes training in line with business requirements.
    • Actively participates in improving quality, safety, and employee development.

    Experience: Minimal or no work experience required.

    Compensation and Benefits: Base salary rate matching experience. Additional benefits include retirement savings plan, insurance, health savings account, and personal development benefits.
