We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to execute site-level tasks and manage important aspects of the job.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of three years of verifiable Landscape Construction Crew Leader experience
  • Experience in leading successful and productive teams
  • Knowledge in various spheres of landscape operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and a leader with high ethical standards
  • Ability to adapt to flexible schedules as per business needs
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and perform physical tasks safely, including heavy lifting

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage a team of dedicated landscape professionals at job sites
  • Install trees, shrubs, flower beds, and sod
  • Execute hardscape projects including installing pavers and stone walls
  • Ensure team members have the required uniforms, equipment, and tools
  • Conduct performance reviews and suggest improvements
  • Inspect vehicles, equipment, and tools before leaving for the job site
  • Perform job site appraisals for efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Maintain a schedule and ensure requirements are met
  • Report potential customer problems or concerns to Operations Manager
  • Ensure services provided are of the highest quality
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to exceed client expectations
  • Participate in company meetings, if required
  • Accurately log team, work, and equipment usage

Compensation:


  • Competitive salary ranging from
    $22 to $26 per hour based on experience, with significant incentive and bonus opportunities.
