We are currently seeking a part-time hours/week) Certified Nursing Professional to join our home care service in Magdeburg.


Your responsibilities:
Ensuring the nursing care of patients
Providing support, care, and conversation to those in need of nursing care
Active collaboration within the nursing team
Consulting with patients, their families, and caregivers
Documentation and recording of nursing services provided
Implementing quality standards
