    Executive Director: Springfield, MA area

    Amazing non-profit assisted living community

    $500 referral reward, who do you know?

    A highly regarded non profit organization that has been providing extraordinary care for over 50 years is currently looking for an experienced Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of their 70 bed assisted living community.

    This excellent community offers both traditional assisted living as well as specialized memory care assisted living. They have a great team and are looking for an engaging leader to support the staff.

    This community is part of a larger healthcare systems that offers a full continuum of care. With amazing resources, expert level support, industry-leading benefits, state-of-the-art tools and equipment, and a focus on resident care over profits, this community sets itself apart.

    The ideal candidate will be a manager with 3+ years of Assisted Living experience as an Executive Director or other Supervisory role within an Assisted Living setting.
