We are currently seeking a candidate for our International Cooperation Department in Hamburg.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the IZ division in project controlling and compliance management (within the Controlling & Compliance team of the International Cooperation Department)
Analyzing, improving, and documenting departmental processes
Assisting with reporting using MS Excel
Maintaining financial and project management systems
Assisting with auditing project budgets, financial reports, and receipts for publicly and privately funded projects
Conducting research and organizing project information into graphs, tables, and presentations
Collaborating on the establishment and development of a knowledge management system
Flexible tasks based on your skills and interests

Your qualifications:
