- Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Educating customers on indoor air quality
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to invest time in training and classes including NATE Certifications
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
- Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds

We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone with a minimum of 1+ year of service and annual maintenance experience looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry. Our fast-growing company offers competitive salaries, paid hands-on training including industry certifications.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Work hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Scale: Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + sales commissions
