Your responsibilities as a Payroll HR Specialist (m/f/d) will include:
- Preparing payroll and salary accounting, certification management, invoice verification
- Maintaining employee master data
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk
- First professional experience in payroll
- Good SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of collective bargaining and labor law
- Analytical skills and structured work approach
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills when dealing with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and superiors - team spirit and flexibility round off your profile
