    Description:

     Responsible for answering and logging support desk requests

     Technical support and documentation skills

     Must be able to communicate technical issues in terms that a non-technical audience can understand

     Thorough knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows 10/11

     Thorough knowledge of Windows Server operating systems - 2012R2, 2016, 2019, Exchange Hybrid

     Experience in monitoring, configuration, and management of information technologies

     Knowledge of Virtualization with VMWare and Hyper-V

     Software deployment experience such as SCCM, PDQ, WSUS

     Knowledge of networking concepts - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS

     Works independently on large and/or complex technical projects

    Top Skills' Details: Experience administering Active Directory and Group Policy

     Experience administering VMware ESXi

     Experienced with Office 365 in a hybrid environment

     Experience with VPN and wireless configuration

     Working knowledge of disaster recovery solutions, Veeam preferred

     Working knowledge of networking concepts

     General knowledge and experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, VB Script, Shell,)

     Linux experience a plus

     Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

     Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

     Training or directing users on the correct use of software and hardware within the system

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Scripting and any infosec would be a positive

    Experience Level:

    Intermediate Level
