Responsibilities:

[Project Management]- Drive project coordination, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines while allocating resources to projects to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management, addressing any issues or challenges that arise. Track and document deliverables and best practices for future learnings. Ensure team alignment and accountability on deliverables for ongoing initiatives. Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies across internal and external communications workflows. Support Communications strategic planning process and staff engagement activities. Train staff on new and existing mission-critical tools and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet key initiatives, OKRs, and deliverables.- [Corporate Website Management]- Oversee the corporate website, ensuring it is updated to accurately reflect the company's brand, values, and offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refresh content, optimize user experience, and implement SEO best practices. Analyze content performance metrics and website analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives.- [Budget and Contract Management]- Develop and manage annual budgets for department including budget planning and forecasting. Monitor expenses and financial performance, working with the finance team to ensure we adjust spending throughout the year as needed. Spearhead procurement and renewal of vendor relationships including contracting, managing PO and invoices, and onboarding new vendors. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in project management tools including Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence
  • Familiar with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to problemsolve and think critically.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams or stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Creativity and innovation in finding solutions or approaches to challenges

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, journalism or a related field, OR 3 years equivalent project management work experience as part of a marketing or communications team.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and contracts required.
  • Prior experience in the tech industry is preferred but not required.
The position will be based out of our Santa Clara or New York office.

  • The pay range for this position is $134,000 to $248,000 per year. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
