    Job Overview:

    Responsible for supporting APUSA SOD Demand and Supply planning team

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the creation and maintenance of purchase orders for APL, ALP, and any 3PL suppliers based on DRP messages.
    • Maintain US serialization team requests for all customer inquiries
    • Support Oracle Material Master Data to ensure proper planning by DRP.
    • Collaborate with Customer Service, Distribution, Marketing, and APL/ALP manufacturing to manage allocation and prioritization regarding customers as needed.
    • Support generation of weekly DOS reports and monthly S&OP meetings, using appropriate work instructions.
    • Support S&OP process by developing action plans for all outstanding issues, reviewing key metrics, and driving decision making to meet US sales and inventory objects.
    • Support demand planning manager with maintaince of 24-month rolling forecast in Vangard/Oracle using data from customer-level forecasts, seasonal trends, market events, new product launch plans, and NBOs accepted.
    • Review customer submitted forecasts and compare to actual sales, providing feedback to Sales on variances.
    • Prepare and submit NBO forms for SC review as needed.
    • Manage process for gathering data on customer-level forecast accuracy and work with key customers to improve the process.
    • Other duties/projects as assigned.
    Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:
    • Must possess strong analytical, prioritization and communication skills.
    • Must be able to multi-task and focus on details.
    • Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable. Must speak English fluently. BA/BS degree required
    • Experience with ERP and working in a global/international supply chain environment, good mathematical aptitude and experience in writing work instuctions are preferred.
    • Experience working independent on Tableau and BI related projects is highly desirable.
    Education & Experience:
    • Must be enrolled in B.S. or B.A. program in supply chain management, science and/or engineering (biotechnology, engineering or related sciences).
    • M.B.A or advanced degree candidates in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP certification) preferred
    Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

    Category III: Tasks involve no exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. Category I tasks are not a condition of employment.
