Manager, Global Learning & Development

Reports to:Chief People Officer**SymphonyAI is looking for a hands-on Global L&D Manager to design, develop and deliver training programs to support the Company's key growth strategies in a rapid, targeted and AI-infused manner.
Responsibilities:
- Working with key stakeholders to design, implement learning and development plans, ensuring employee needs and business strategy are met
- Develop the core training curriculum for the year ahead in line with strategic training priorities, creating a continuous feedback loop to the Leadership Team.
- Work with the HR Team, supporting the growth and development of their teams in collaboration to build consistent learning solutions across the business.
- Manage the launch of new LMS, working closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and roll out.
- Create an engaging and motivational culture of learning consistent with the SymphonyAI mission and culture.
- Develop learning and development programs across all levels of leadership and management.
- Carry out learning needs assessment to ensure all learning and development activity is captured, recommending solutions were appropriate.
- Alongside the HR Business Partners, play an integral role in the onboarding path of new employees providing company and product knowledge as well as engaging a selfled learning mindset from the start of their employee journey.
- Coordinate with the Information Security & HR teams to implement and enforce all required compliance trainings across the business.
- Measure and report on effectiveness of training delivered to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Track record of building and owning a global L&D strategy in a growing technology or software company distinctly preferred
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with L&D programs
- Experience implementing, launching and optimizing an LMS
- Involvement in developing and implementing Leadership programs
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience of working with C-Suite executives
- Lifelong learner, demonstrating flexibility, resilience and innovative thinking
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Has a strong drive to deliver and exceed results
- Is proactive and moves quickly to chase down opportunities to ensure the L&D deliverables are relevant and align with the top priorities of the company
- Owns the function and leverages internal resources, technology, and GenerativeAI tools to deliver content in an engaging and impactful manner that is measurable
- Relentless pursuit of goals even in the face of setbacks or resistance.
