Your Responsibilities

You will lead our educational training seminars
You will provide educational support and guidance to volunteers and serve as a point of contact for placement sites in Lake St. Croix Beach, MN
You will work closely with colleagues in conducting interviews with volunteers, visiting placement sites, and planning public relations activities

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a university degree in religious education, pedagogy, social pedagogy, or a related field
You have an interest in educational work with primarily young people from different educational backgrounds and cultures
You are willing to live in the seminar house during the accompanying seminars
Ideally, you have experience in volunteer service
You have good computer skills (MS Office, SharePoint, video conferencing tools)
Selfresponsibility, resilience, initiative, and flexibility complete your profile
