We are looking for a dedicated Junior Facility Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Vanceburg, KY.

You will be gradually introduced to the role of a facility manager and will receive support from our experienced team.


Your tasks - diverse and future-oriented:

  • Support the facility manager in coordinating and monitoring the properties
  • Support in managing the contractually agreed service provision and ensuring budget compliance
  • Support and representation of the facility manager in leading the property team and planning staff deployment (m/f/d)
  • Support responsibility for compliance with relevant legal requirements, standards, and guidelines
  • In case of absence, take over communication with our client regarding all questions related to building operations
  • Support in creating and maintaining propertyspecific documentation and reporting
  • Assume operator responsibility
