The Volksbank is a respected and customer-oriented financial institution that always maintains personal dialogue with its members and customers. We offer you the opportunity to complete a diverse and exciting apprenticeship in dialogue marketing. In dialogue marketing, you are the first point of contact for our customers - you support, advise, and acquire customers. This is done through personal conversations - on the phone, via email, chat, or video service.

We are looking for apprentices in dialogue marketing starting on August 1, 2024.

What we offer in the apprenticeship:

  • Learning marketing and communication strategies
  • You are responsible for customer acquisition, support, and retention
  • You will learn how to develop strategies to further engage customers or acquire new ones
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
  • Planning and implementing marketing campaigns
What you bring:
  • You have a good secondary school leaving certificate or a comparable degree
  • You are interested in marketing and digitalization
  • You have good communication skills, high self-motivation, and team spirit
  • You enjoy independent, varied work and (agile) teamwork
