Our Customer Service Representative Will Be Responsible To:

  • Establish the first point of contact with new consumers who are directly interested in our clients' products/services
  • Be an expert in all product knowledge and advise consumers throughout the sales process to ensure ease of solving issues, discovering a need, building value, and closing sales
  • Maintain relationships with all consumers throughout the sales process to delivery of products/services to enhance and retain our consumer pipeline
  • Identify new sales opportunities within our existing consumer accounts to help further retain and preserve the relationship by upselling, crossselling, and practicing negotiation skills
  • Interact with other Customer Service Representative or members of the sales team and supporting departments to learn about any newly released products and/or services
  • Escalate any highpriority issues to the sales support team, upperlevel management, and the client to resolve these promptly
  • Promptly meet all deadlines and goals for each client consulting to reinforce the sales acquisition process and increase ROI with all implemented marketing strategies

Requirements Of Our Customer Service Representative:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related industry is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and skillful in negotiation
  • Strong work ethic, with a student mentality to learn new skills and receive constructive criticism to improve sales and relationship management performance
  • The ability to adapt and problemsolve quickly and swiftly in a fastpaced environment
  • Capable of managing their time properly between multiple daily priorities with mínimal supervision
  • A natural empathizing and optimistic personality that is infectious to the rest of the Customer Service Representatives and sales support staff

Pay:
$ $1,150.00 per week
