YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent management of the garden center, reporting to the store management
  • Designing demand-oriented staff planning to ensure good service even during high customer traffic
  • Positive attitude, motivation, and development of the team
  • You keep an eye on relevant key figures for your area and implement corresponding measures
  • You are a role model for customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
