Constant Contact is looking for a passionate, creative marketing leader to drive the evolution and growth of its brand identity with internal and external audiences.

Reporting to the CMO, as VP of Brand & Creative you will be leading the strategy, design, and production teams who build, refine, iterate, and test creative to improve our customers' experience from impression to purchase.

Representing one of the top small business software brands, you will have the opportunity to build and influence Constant Contact's brand identity to capture the attention and interest of the modern small business owner.


What You'll Do:


  • Leading a team of offline and digital design and copywriting experts to curate customer experiences at events, surfing the web, on our website, and in our product
  • Developing a culture of datadriven strategies and resultsdriven discipline, and owning accountability to the brand and associated investments to business performance
  • Partnering with the media teams to build the right creative for the right audience across channels
  • Working crossfunctionally with product marketing, research, and demand generation teams to build successful gotomarket strategies for new product and new market launches
  • Exploring industryspecific niches and style of imagery and vernacular to help gain awareness and traction in diverse small business markets (think a plumber vs a brewery vs a gym)
  • Defying "small business" marketing norms to test innovative, breakthrough creative for the upandcoming small business owner
  • Obsessively testing and learning about small business owner challenges and needs to build creative the resonates and inspires
  • Working with HR and Communications teams to support dynamic employee programs that build confidence, excitement, and trust in Constant Contact's volunteer, DEIB, community engagement, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Managing the Brand & Creative teams marketing and resource budget, including monthly and quarterly planning and performance reviews
  • Being a righthand to the CMO as a voice of Constant Contact's mission and champion of its brand promise

Who You Are:


  • 10+ years of experience in design, brand, and creative fields
  • 8+ years experience as a manager or people leader
  • 5+ years experience in growth
- and data-driven marketing teams, preferably in the B2B software/SaaS space

  • Experience both inhouse and clientside with scaled organizations of 500+ employees
  • Proven ability to thrive in fastpaced, highgrowth organizations
  • Passion for professional development and coaching
