Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Team member participates in company or department events
  • Team member responds to service calls.
  • Team member communicates responsibly and effectively by radio to answer service calls and to make service calls to other departments.
  • The team member will work outside their assigned area, if needed, to get the job done. The team member should display pride in their work, identify needs, and make suggestions for improvement.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to dry and wet mopping surfaces, high and low dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, stripping, refinishing floors, carpet cleaning/extraction, cleaning walls, lights, vents, elevators, escalators, polishing, gum removal from surfaces, power washing, windows, etc.
  • Other responsibilities include but are not limited to responding to and cleaning biohazard calls, cleaning mirrors, doors, office areas, public areas, break areas, setting up/taking down stanchions, trash removal, cleaning trash cans, base of slot machines, furniture cleaning.
  • Ability to operate various floor care equipment and maintain equipment.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned to maintain the cleanliness of the casino in FOH and BOH
  • Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if an accident/incident does occur while performing work related duties to a guest or self.
  • Follows Company, department and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Proper use of chemicals, including dispensing, labeling, and following chemical guidelines.
  • The team member communicates in a respectful, appropriate, courteous, professional manner with guest and team members.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:


  • Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Ability to communicate and maintain a high level of courtesy with casino guest
  • Desire and willingness to learn
  • Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the preemployment process
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
  • Ability to work in a smoking environment
  • Ability to operate powered equipment, including riding floor machines

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays.
