Description
Cedars Enterprises is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with prior experience to help support our growing Orange County office.
This position will also assist the Estimating Team with sending Bid Invitations and following up with phone calls to Subcontractors.
Required Experience:
- Some college experience
- 3 years of Receptionist/Admin. experience minimum
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
_will train the right person_ - Excellent writing/communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude, high energy individual, must be able to work to under pressure
- Take initiative and eager to learn various aspects in the construction field
- Able to multitask and prioritize follow through on tasks to completion
Salary and Hours:
- Full-Time, Monday thru Friday, 8am 5pm
- Hourly rate will depend on experience
