    Description

    Job Description:

    As a Senior Manager, Compensation, you will join the FI/FBOT Compensation team to support the OSG and Client Experience business units. Your role will involve contributing significantly to the development and execution of compensation programs.

    The Team

    The Compensation team is part of the broader Human Resources organization, which includes associates from Line HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Communications, Finance, and Workforce Analytics. We collaborate closely with these colleagues to design and implement specific compensation programs and initiatives for business units.

    The Experience You Have

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Interest in HR, compensation, and analytics
    • Accurate and solution-oriented
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience
    • Ability to navigate a large organization and handle multiple priorities effectively

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Capability to build relationships and advise HRBP's at various levels
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
    • Experience with data aggregation and visualization tools
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to present findings to senior leaders
    • Effective problem-solving and project management skills
    • Open to feedback and able to communicate information clearly

    The Value You Deliver

    • Client Support: Collaborate with business partners on the design and management of compensation programs for specific business lines.
    • Conduct competitive assessments through market analysis for various positions. Prepare competitive offers for internal staff and new hires.
    • Workforce Analytics: Integrate HR data and Compensation analytics to support workforce plans. Create data visualizations for HR partners and leaders to facilitate decision-making.
    • Performance/Pay Cycle Management: Assist Line HR with performance/pay cycle activities. Ensure operational cycle components are managed effectively through communication, training, issue resolution, reporting, and analysis.
    • Market Data Management: Update composites to reflect accurate market data. Analyze market survey trends and maintain awareness of internal and external market conditions.
    • Projects/Initiatives: Lead complex projects, participate in training programs, and engage in cross-functional committees to drive consensus.
