As a Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting retail store operations, including opening and closing the location.
  • Actively participate in personal and team goalsetting processes. Your commitment to achieving these objectives will contribute to our salon and spa's continued success.
  • Assisting in the training and mentorship of new team members.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings with the General Manager and fellow team members. Contribute your insights, ideas, and feedback to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor. Accurately schedule reservations and efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Offer expert guidance in product selection, ensuring clients leave with products that enhance their experience and maintain their wellbeing.
  • Utilize social media to promote special events, highlight new product launches, and actively engage in marketing initiatives. Your online presence will help us reach a wider audience and create excitement around our brand.

Qualifications:

  • To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Two years' experience in the beauty industry: Demonstrated expertise in the field.
  • One year of leadership experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Effective communication is essential in our guestcentric environment.
  • Effective time management: Adaptability to changing circumstances is crucial in a fastpaced salon and spa environment.
  • Open to working nights and weekends, as needed
