    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    RPh on the Go is a leading healthcare staffing agency specializing in pharmacy placements nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team for a third-shift position at a reputable long-term care facility in Concord, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

    Position Overview: As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services to our long-term care residents. This position offers a unique schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, providing an optimal work-life balance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
    • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
    • Conduct drug utilization reviews and monitor for potential drug interactions.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
    • Provide patient education on medication use and adherence.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities.

    Shift:

    • 8:00pm - 7:00am; 7 on 7 off

    Qualifications:

    • Pharmacy experience.
    • NHpharmacy license.
