The Mission of FBI-LEEDA (FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) is to advance the science and art of law enforcement leadership and promote the exchange of information to improve law enforcement management practices through training, education, and networking among police professionals across the United States and beyond.


FBI-LEEDA is a private, non-profit organization and is not part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or acting on its behalf.

We're looking to add an Administrative Coordinator to our Malvern, PA headquarters team.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative and program support activities on behalf of the Association. This position serves as the primary customer service point for employees, students and members. This position also ensures supplies and equipment are well maintained to facilitate efficient office operations.

Chief Operating Officer


Work Schedule and Details:


  • Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm which includes a paid lunch period
  • Inoffice (Malvern, PA)
  • Occasional Overtime
  • Summer Hours

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain office filing system
  • Create and update written documents and presentations
  • Assist with and support special projects and events
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Update, edit and organize membership records, accounts, invoices, and other records contained within our member management system
  • Receive and forward communications to staff, instructors, and departments
  • Manage inventory and purchase operational/class support items
  • Track and assist with managing the administration of assigned vendor contracts and parcel/shipping services and manage vendor relationships
  • Aid with analyzing and optimizing office operations
  • Provide general customer support for students, members, and instructors, including receiving payments and sending invoices upon request
  • Oversee and/or assist with logístical maintenance of office equipment and IT service updates
  • Provide basic office equipment troubleshooting for employees and contact necessary vendors for additional support at appropriate times
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team that are consistent with the job function

Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator:


  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in office management, administrative support, clerical/secretarial tasks and/or executive support
  • Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systems
  • Highly organized and able to create an organized and easytofollow up system for others
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction and follow through with mínimal supervision
  • Strong, professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay:
From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
