As a reliable and competent contact for Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Audi south of Dresden, we are currently seeking a Service Assistant (m/f/d) for our service department in Luther, IA.

In our team, we place special emphasis on individual consultation and the highest quality in service, sales and workshop. That's why our customers have trusted us for over 75 years.

Your responsibilities:

In daily customer contact, you are the interface between the customer and the dealership
You accompany the service process from appointment scheduling to order acceptance, vehicle return to the customer and invoice creation
You demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and service quality

Your qualifications:

You have a commercial or technical education, are willing to take on the diverse tasks of this important role in the dealership and show a strong willingness to learn
You have a competent presence in the service business and have gained experience in customer contact
You approach every customer openly and sympathetically and take their wishes and questions seriously
Required German language skills for nonnative speakers at least B2 level
