- Supporting and executing project management for change efforts, managing timelines and results for successful implementation
- Working with key project stakeholders in I&CM and with business partners across the firm
- Developing or improving processes and procedures
- Facilitating I&CM risk and impact assessments for new initiatives across the firm
- 5-7 years of related professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- Capital markets and/or GSE knowledge or experience preferred
- Project/program management and change management execution experience
- Shown success in managing business initiatives through implementation in a well-governed and controlled manner
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Ability to facilitate innovative thinking to solve problems and establish business processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail, ability to manage process and follow through on tasks.
- Build trust and positive relationships; intentionally engage with stakeholders and partners to understand their needs and concerns.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving business environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, including comfort interacting with internal management and external stakeholders and capability of succinctly presenting sophisticated subject matter.

Position Overview:
Do you have a passion for inspiring change? Are you versed in capital markets and investment products? In this non-IT business role, the Investment & Capital Markets (I&CM) Business Initiatives Senior is responsible for executing project management and governance for the division's strategic business priorities and changes to existing offerings and strategies.
Our Impact:
The I&CM Strategic Change team is responsible for facilitating the implementation of I&CM's business priorities and change management activities as it pertains to business processes, business strategies, or changes to the products or services offered on the market and / or to internal partners. This is done in a well-controlled manner and in compliance with governance requirements. Additionally, the team coordinates I&CM's evaluation of impacts for projects in other divisions. This is not an IT project management role.
