Start your future in our market hall and shape the gastronomy at GLOBUS together with the team.

Each market hall is as unique as the region it is located in. But all GLOBUS market halls have in common that they offer space for development so that we can grow together.

Our market hall belongs to the GLOBUS Holding. A family-owned company, founded almost 200 years ago, with over employees today.

What to expect from us
  • You will start with us on a special welcome day, where you will get to know your team and all the other apprentices
  • Your apprenticeship lasts 2 years
  • Salary: 1st year of apprenticeship: 1,000 € (from October 1st 1,100 €), 2nd year of apprenticeship: 1,100 € (from October 1st 1,200 €)
  • You will learn everything about hygiene rules and laws, how to plan personnel, organize processes, and what needs to be calculated to make the business successful
  • Tasks in the field of personnel management and marketing are added
  • We will show you how to present dishes, different preparation methods, and how to advise and take care of
