- Assist with assessments and intake interviews to gather information and determine client needs.
- Provide direct support under supervision in individual and group counseling sessions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to support student success and link clients to needed services.
- Assist in case management duties, including maintaining records and monitoring client progress.
- Participate in professional development sessions and supervision meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in social work practice.
- Engage in community outreach and education initiatives as required.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Social Work from an accredited university.
- Eligible for internship as part of academic curriculum requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Basic understanding of social work principles, ethics, and standards.
- Demonstrated commitment to helping others and passion for social work.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
