Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and customers.


Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as needed
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
