Escrow manager has mini 5 years working experience.

Be able to handle trust account; operating sales transactions; the realtor's commission; HUD; order hazard insurance; Vesting ; initial escrow package; final escrow docs.

Base pay $4500 plus 5% commission, welcome bring in business with higher split. We have in house business.
