Team Assistant Asset Management / Family Office (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • As a reliable team assistant, you will be an important support for the management and advisors by assisting them with all daily tasks related to wealthy clients.
  • Review and verification of contract documents, processing of account and portfolio openings with custodian banks
  • Assistance to clients with online banking and digital portals
  • Office tasks, organization, implementation, and documentation of existing and new processes
  • Support with compliance matters, responsibility for proper management of compliance documents and records (no compliance experience required)
