Description

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Providing Training to company drivers
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, including report writing and documentation
• Collaborate with management to develop training programs on safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Coordinate safety training sessions for employees, including first aid and CPR certification
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and provide guidance to ensure adherence
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar role
• Indepth knowledge of EPA regulations, workers compensation law, and occupational health standards
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques
• Experience in report writing and documentation
• Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) practices
• Ability to fabricate training materials and develop training programs
