  • Support of primary care in planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation of individual care needs and their assurance
  • Participation in quality management
  • Advice to residents on their risk potentials and personal matters
  • Receiving and processing requests and complaints according to the quality standards of DOREAFAMILY
  • Nursing training and instruction for new employees, especially in quality assurance processes
  • Coordination, management and control of processes in the living areas
  • Creating balanced and sustainable work schedules
  • Ensuring staff deployment, compensation for (illness-related or similar) absences
  • Responsibility for the implementation of the nursing process and promotion of active care for residents in line with the DOREAFAMILY care concept
