We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing technician issues, job-related matters, and ensuring quality control across all projects.

Responsibilities:

Technician Management: Serve as the main point of contact for technicians, addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter during assignments.

Job Oversight:Monitor all ongoing projects, ensuring that they adhere to established standards and timelines. Perform regular check-ups on job sites to assess progress and address any emerging issues.

Quality Control:Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and service delivery. Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.

Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve job-related issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot any challenges that arise and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

Job Logistics:Manage logístical aspects of jobs, including coordinating access to job sites, securing necessary equipment or materials, and facilitating communication between relevant parties.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of job-related activities, including incident reports, service requests, and project documentation. Ensure that all documentation is complete, organized, and easily accessible for reference.
