Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for automotive repair services.

Your expertise in automotive sales and service will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damages and determine repair requirements
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials needed for repairs
• Communicate with customers to explain the estimate, answer questions, and address concerns
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and repair techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service processes
• Proficient in using computerized estimating systems
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Attention to detail to accurately assess damages and prepare estimates
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving skills to identify repair solutions
• Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or similar role in an automotive repair facility
• Familiarity with oil changes, transmission services, tire services, vehicle maintenance, sales, automotive repairs, and service writing
• Valid driver's license
