Up to $750 SIGNING BONUS:
$100 bonus for Spanish Speaking

$ 150 CDM Loyalty pay after 6 months, 150 after 9 months, and 150 after 12 months of successful completion of employment.
- All other Bonuses will be paid after 90 day probationary period.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS IN, Salinas and surrounding areas.
*Behavior Technicians MUST HAVE AFTERNOON and EVENING AVAILABILITY ( between the hours of 1-8 p.m.)
pay rate $19-27/hr

Behavior Tech Job Description:
- Implement ABA interventions and procedures
- Working 1:1 with children in their home/community
- Complete daily data/progress notes
- Ensure parental participation during sessions
- Able to learn from constructive criticism
- Render appointments in a timely manner
Requirements:
-Must have ABA / BEHAVIORAL THERAPY EXPERIENCE
- Prefer a Bachelors degree in psychology, education, child development, communication, or related field
- Valid California drivers license
- Current vehicle insurance
- Department of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance
- TB test clearance
